Terms of Service & Research Licensing
Access to computational models, actuarial datasets, lending benchmarks, and empirical briefs hosted by Income Canvas is conditioned on acceptance of these statutory terms.
1. Scope of Computational Intelligence
Income Canvas provides quantitative financial modeling, actuarial loss-ratio benchmarks, and credit structure comparisons for informational, academic, and underwriting evaluation purposes. We do not operate as an SEC-registered investment advisor, FINRA broker-dealer, direct commercial lending institution, or licensed insurance syndicate.
2. Intellectual Property & Research Fair Use
All mathematical derivations, actuarial formulas, data taxonomy mappings, and interactive edge calculators are the exclusive intellectual property of the autonomous publishing network. Visitors are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to view and execute calculations for internal corporate analysis. Automated bulk scraping that compromises edge infrastructure without prior API authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. Accuracy of Benchmark Data & No Warranty
While our editorial board applies rigorous peer-review and regression validation against certified disclosures, all intelligence is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without express or implied warranties. Commercial debt yields, interest rate spreads, and insurance rates fluctuate continuously according to monetary policy and carrier underwriting updates.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Income Canvas, its authors, engineers, or parent organization be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from capital allocation, credit contracting, or policy binding decisions made in reliance upon computational models published on this network.
5. Governing Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to binding institutional arbitration under AAA commercial rules.
